Turkey Bacon Avocado Mini Bagel

Prepare these tasty and satisfying foods in a jiffy.

Ingredients

Ripe avocado: ½ small

Lemon juice: ½ tsp

Salt: ½ tsp

Bagels: 2 mini

Cranberry sauce: 1 tbsp

Chicken/turkey slices cooked: 4

Rocket/baby spinach leaves: ½ cup

Method

Peel and mash the avocado.
