What Kind of Changes Can I Expect?
Before I launch into what kind of changes might happen for your health, let me review the basic beginner rules:
Eat meat to satiety, repeat as necessary.
Use a variety of animal foods, including eggs and dairy as needed.
Enjoy your meals.
Donât undereat.
Season meat as needed to keep it palatable.
Put away your scale and calculator. The goal is nutrition, not some arbitrary number on the scale or a specific dress size.
